Dr. Eun Hye Kim awarded Proxime Accessit in the 2022 ELFA Award

The thesis was written under the supervision of Prof. Urška Šadl at the European University Institute from 2018 to 2022. It was publicly defended in Florence on 13 October 2022.

The award is organised annually by the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA) and is dedicated to outstanding doctoral theses in European law. The winners of the ELFA Award 2022 were announced during the Annual General Meeting and Conference which was held this year from 12 to 14 April 2023 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
