Jaya Ramji-Nogales and Nikolas Feith Tan join MOBILE
Jaya Ramji-Nogales and Nikolas Feith Tan join MOBILE Center of Excellence for Global Mobility Law as Permanent Visiting Professors.
Jaya Ramji-Nogales is the Associate Dean for Research and Herman Stern Professor of Law at Temple University. Jaya Ramji-Nogales specializes in immigration law, international law, procedure and process. Dean Ramji-Nogales’ research areas include asylum and refugee law, global migration law, and empirical assessment of asylum adjudication.
Nikolas Feith Tan joins us from the Danish Institute for Human Rights, where he is a senior researcher. Nikolas Feith Tan's work focuses on refugee law and human rights law as it relates to asylum seekers and refugees. He is interested in research that is timely and policy-relevant at a time when the rights of refugees and obligations of states are under pressure.
