Call for applications: Postdoc in European Mobility Law

MOBILE is looking for a new postdoctoral fellow to start 1 Sept 2026

Are you interested in the interplay between law and politics – especially in European mobility law? Excited by mixed-methods research approaches?

This postdoc position focuses on how European immigration and free movement law is developed, implemented, and contested, including its interplay with other (inter)national legal regimes and regional mobility systems. It is a fixed term full-time position for 24 months with possibility of extension.

You have:

• Track record of research on European free movement or immigration law (or both)
  
• Experience with quantitative analysis and hand coding (for empirical/statistical analysis of legal provisions and judgments)
• Teaching qualifications are not required
