New PhD Student at MOBILE - Vittoria Patergnani

Vittoria Patergnani joins MOBILE from 1 April as a PhD student.

Vittoria Patergnani holds a five-year law degree and a specialisation in European Migration and Asylum Law. Previously, she was a trainee for Odysseus Academic Network, serving as a research and project assistant at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She has also completed research stays at the Centre for Migration, Minority, and Justice at the Brussels School of Governance (VUB). Her publications focus on the European return law and policy.

At MOBILE, she will be researching the role of Article 72 TFEU in the context of human mobility.
