This article is a continuation of the e-Competitions foreword published two years ago and is dedicated to the most important trends and developments related to judicial review and anticompetitive agreements, ranging from 2022 to 2023. It will exclusively deal with public enforcement of Article 101 TFEU and focus on the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”) and some national jurisdictions.
